If you're a bit handy with the tools, there is a lot of good information on the web on how to maintain all of the components on a bike.
In the first table below, I have provided some links to tyre websites with links on tyre selection and how to set them up - particularly for tubeIess tyres. In the second table, I have included links for suspension set up for some standard bike brands and models. In the third table, I have included various links to maintenance information in the second table below

There are a lot of opinions on whether or not a tubeless setup is any better than a tube setup.
My experience is you definitely get fewer punctures and can run lower tyre pressures. On the flip side, I've found the latex sealant clags up the valve which can be annoying. As far as weight goes, there is really little or no difference between the two by the time you take into account the weight of the rim strips and sealant.
Initial seating of the tyre can be a hassle unless you have a compressor and you have to get the setup right otherwise you'll get leaks.
